Hawaii certifies a lie by claiming their birth certificate might be “A TRUE COPY” when true copies are no longer produced. They are all now digital “ABSTRACTS” resulting from extracting information from an original micro-film image and saving it in a database. The difference can be see in the image below, -one of the Nordyke twins BC. It is a TRUE COPY as it says, because it’s a photo duplication of the original.
